Our guarantees:
1. We will NEVER sell an item that is not made in Alaska.
2. US customers: You will NEVER BE CHARGED MORE for shipping than what your order indicates. In most cases you will be charged less than the total amount of your order. In Alaska, it is difficult to estimate shipping charges. If you paid by credit card, your card was only authorized. It will not be charged until your order actually ships.
International customers: If you are overseas and did not choose a UPS shipping option, we will check the post office to find out the exact amount for shipping and let you know. Only then will your card be charged. If you chose Paypal as a payment option, we will ask for you to send us a payment of the exact shipping charges just before we ship. We do this to make sure you get the fairest and most accurate shipping charge.
3. If what it really costs to ship your products to you ends up being more than you paid, we will eat the shipping costs. If it is less, your order amount will reflect that.
4. All orders will be shipped the same day or the very next day after you order. If this cannot be done because of emergency or illness, we will let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel. If your shipping date falls on a holiday, we will ship the very next business day.
5. All orders will have at least one free, surprise gift in the box.
